Haven is a luxury real estate platform that reimagines property browsing through an immersive, editorial-style experience. The goal was to blend modern UI, intuitive filters, and lifestyle storytelling, presenting real estate not as listings, but as spaces that feel like home.

Challenge
Real-estate websites often feel cluttered and transactional. Users get lost in filters, long pages, and visual noise, which dilutes the emotional connection to the property itself. Haven’s challenge was to design a refined, immersive browsing experience that evokes trust, calm, and aspiration, while simplifying the discovery process for users.

Process
Research & Analysis: Conducted interviews with buyers and renters to understand search behavior, emotional triggers, and decision friction points.
Information Architecture: Reorganized navigation into clear paths — Discover, Save, Compare, and Contact — ensuring an intuitive, minimal flow.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Created responsive wireframes for desktop and mobile, refining interactions for both light and dark themes. Developed clickable prototypes in Figma for testing.
Usability Testing: Tested with a small focus group to evaluate clarity, tone, and emotion. Iterated on filter design, image hierarchy, and spacing based on feedback.
Visual Design & Style Guide: Haven’s design system focuses on calm sophistication, balancing visual clarity with warmth and subtle depth.
Typography: Manrope (body) & General Sans (headings)
Color Palette: Warm neutrals with sage and navy accents
Modes: Fully responsive light and dark mode designs
Grid System: 12-column responsive grid for desktop and mobile
UI Elements: Rounded corners, soft shadows, and translucent glass overlays
