Flowbit is a next-generation automation platform that helps teams and individuals connect their favorite tools, build visual workflows, and automate tasks using AI , without writing a single line of code.
The goal was to design a sleek,futuristic and intuitive experience that makes automation feel human, visual, and effortless.

Challenge
Most automation platforms are functional but visually dense heavy on text, light on clarity.
Flowbit aimed to solve this by creating a clean, visual-first automation experience that simplifies multi-step processes into an elegant, interactive flow.
The challenge was to design an interface powerful enough for advanced users yet intuitive for beginners, balancing technical depth with approachability.

Process
Research & Analysis: Reviewed user feedback from existing automation tools to identify frustrations , mainly cluttered UIs, unclear workflows, and poor feedback animations.
Information Architecture: Structured the platform around five key pages — Landing, Product, Pricing, Integrations, and Dashboard Demo , ensuring clarity, consistency, and smooth navigation flow.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Designed wireframes in Figma focusing on intuitive flow creation, modular UI, and clean content hierarchy. Created a working prototype with motion design in mind — testing hover states, transition timing, and interaction flow.
Usability Testing: Tested prototype interactions with five distinct user types (freelancers, startup teams, devs, marketers, and non-tech users). Refined button hierarchy, connector animations, and integration grid for faster comprehension.
Visual Design & Style Guide: Flowbit’s design language merges technical precision with visual serenity , inspired by the intersection of productivity and creativity.
Color Palette: Neutral grays with aqua-to-violet gradients as active accents
UI Style: Futuristic minimalism with glassy overlays, soft glow effects, and smooth micro-interactions
Tone: Confident, intelligent, and visually calm
